Cancellation and Refund Policy

We know that unexpected events come up that sometimes can change your plans. We’re 100% open with our refund and cancellation policy. There are no hidden rules nor small print.

Cancellations more than 5 days prior to scheduled activity date

 

100% Refund of deposit or an offer of rescheduled the activity.

 

If you have another person to replace you, this person can participate in the activity, at no extra cost. A rescheduled activity consists of no extra charges.

 

Cancellation less than 5 days prior to the scheduled activity date

 

50% Refund of deposit or an offer of rescheduled the activity.

Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity

 

No refund is given if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours. If you have another person to replace you, this person can participate in the activity, at no extra cost. A rescheduled activity consists of no extra charges. Cancellations due to sickness or other medical condition, which prevents client participating in the activity: We would request a written statement from a doctor, in which case we will do everything possible to reschedule without extra cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible at that time, the client shall receive an interchangeable voucher that will be valid for 3 consecutive years. Baja Paragliding Experience advises to arrange travel cancellation insurance with your local insurance for these cases, so you will get refunded for any medical conditions

 

Cancellations without notice or ‘no show’

 

No refund, full payment will be charged.

 

Baja Paragliding Experience policies

 

If Baja Paragliding Experience needs to cancel your flight for any reason (not weather-related), this will result in 100% refund. If weather conditions are not suitable for flying that day, we will contact you to reschedule your activity for another day.
