Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations more than 5 days prior to the scheduled activity date
100% Refund of the deposit or an offer of rescheduling the activity. For parmotor training courses it’s 20 days
If you have another person to replace you, this person can participate in the activity, at no extra cost. A rescheduled activity consists of no extra charges.
Cancellation less than 5 days prior to the scheduled activity date
50% Refund of the deposit or an offer of rescheduling the activity. This does not apply to training courses.

Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity
No refund is given if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours. If you have another person to replace you, this person can participate in the activity, at no extra cost. A rescheduled activity consists of no extra charges. Cancellations due to sickness or other medical condition, which prevents the client from participating in the activity: We would request a written statement from a doctor, in which case we will do everything possible to reschedule without extra cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible at that time, the client shall receive an interchangeable voucher that will be valid for 3 consecutive years. Baja Paragliding Experience advises arranging travel cancellation insurance with your local insurance for these cases, so you will get refunded for any medical conditions
Cancellations without notice or ‘no show’
No refund, full payment will be charged.
Baja Paragliding Experience policies
If Baja Paragliding Experience needs to cancel your flight for any reason (not weather-related), this will result in a 100% refund. If weather conditions are not suitable for flying that day, we will contact you to reschedule your activity for another day.
